The Tanzania Graduate Trainee Programme is an 18-month structured programme that aims to equip young and talented individuals with the skills required in meeting the current and future skill demands of the world of work. We aim to build future leaders within the business environment.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be a Tanzanian citizen
- Applicant must have obtained a First Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Sciences, Fintech/Bitcoin, Social Sciences, etc.
- Applicant must have a GPA minimum of 3.2
- Applicant should have less than two years of working experience
- Applicant must have been exposed to internships at reputable institutions
