Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our clients running:
- Cloud pak for Integration
- Cloud pak for Application
- API Connect
- IBM Integration Bus
- IBM Data Power:
- Diagnose, investigate and resolve issues reported by our customers to their satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic health checks on these installations
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Document work processes to the required level of detail
- Continuously learn and improve your skills in areas relevant to your work
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to manage and solve complex technical problems.
- Must be able to listen to customers and diagnose issues for resolutions
