Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to our clients running:
  • Cloud pak for Integration
  • Cloud pak for Application
  • API Connect
  • IBM Integration Bus
  • IBM Data Power:
  • Diagnose, investigate and resolve issues reported by our customers to their satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic health checks on these installations
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Document work processes to the required level of detail
  • Continuously learn and improve your skills in areas relevant to your work

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A passion for continuous learning
  • Ability to manage and solve complex technical problems.
  • Must be able to listen to customers and diagnose issues for resolutions
  • Must be detail-oriented
