At Microsoft, we are committed to empowering the next generation of women leaders and change-makers in Africa. Microsoft Leap, in partnership with the Africa Development Center, is hosting a week-long event for women in software engineering in Nigeria and Ghana.
In this hands-on workshop, our goal is to:
- Deepen your technical knowledge
- Sharpen your interview skills
- Network and interact with Microsoft female software engineers and others

Eligibility Requirements
- University graduate (Any course applicable)
- Must have 1-3 years of programming / SWE experience
- Must have a functional laptop and excellent internet connection during the program
- Must be available for 2-3 hours for the class every day for the week-long workshop
- Must be a resident of Nigeria or Ghana
- Event open to women only
