He graduated from South Carolina State University in the United States with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management. He majored in accounting/finance and business management, with a minor in politics.

He previously worked as a production, revenue, and joint venture analyst at ConocoPhillips, as well as core audit/assurance at PwC.

He worked in Nigeria and the United States at the same time. Along the way, he rose to the position of business leader and co-founder of Buy Coins in 2017, which he attained through hard work with his co-founders.

At the time of its inception, buy coins solved cryptocurrency exchange in Africa. While working with buy coins, he gained the insight of dollar investment to solve financial devaluation. It didn’t take long for it to become a reality.

In 2018, Eke was the CEO of Cashestate lnc in the San Francisco Bay area for a year before joining Rise vest as CEO.

Eke E. Urum founded rise vest in November 2019, and it has since grown to become the simplest way to make automated and secure dollar-dominated investments in cryptocurrency.

What keeps him at Risevest is the fact that most Nigerians need to invest and earn money. Rise vest solved the problem of preventing devaluation or inflation.
